Develop a Daily Meditation Practice 

The future is demanding new levels of creativity, innovation, adaptability and resilience, and this is what meditation delivers.  Many people think the purpose of meditation is to handle stress, or tune out and get away from the noise and busy-ness of the mind. While this definitely is a benefit, I personally believe that the purpose of meditation is to have a direct experience of consciousness and to become aware of when you are unconscious. Once you understand how this works you can literally tune in and turn on your potential. 

Part 1:  Learning and Understanding:   You will learn why it is important to meditate, how it works, why it works and what it takes to develop a committed daily practice. This will help prepare you for your morning meditation practice.  This training is for everyone, beginners to seasoned meditators.

Part 2:  Developing a Committed Daily Practice:   I will lead the group and interject periodically to make sure everyone is on track.  Group sessions will be recorded so you can play them back and mediate daily.

The intention is to make the commitment to develop a regular meditation practice, because regular practice will produce the following...

The purpose of meditation is to experience freedom from the conditioned busy-ness of your mind; negativity, worry, tension, stress, fear, limitation and to experience a more resourceful state where you have access to your own creative intelligence, intuition, solutions. Meditation can lead to profound insight and transformation that has the potential to change your life in dramatic in radical ways.
