While this definitely is a benefit, I personally believe that the purpose of meditation is to have a direct experience of consciousness and to become aware of when you are unconscious. Once you understand how this works you can literally tune in and turn on your potential.
Part 1: Learning and Understanding: You will learn why it is important to meditate, how it works, why it works and what it takes to develop a committed daily practice. This will help prepare you for your morning meditation practice. This training is for everyone, beginners to seasoned meditators.
Part 2: Developing a Committed Daily Practice: I will lead the group and interject periodically to make sure everyone is on track. Group sessions will be recorded so you can play them back and mediate daily.
