We will answer the following quesitons:
  • Why do you experience self-doubt, insecurity, fear and inadequacy when you want to persue your goals or move out of your comfort zone?  What can you do about it?

Prepare to address limiting beliefs:
"I'm unworthy, inadequate, not good enough, something wrong with me, I don't have what it takes, I don't matter"; along with the emotions and behaviours they create:
People pleasing, second guessing, perfectionism, rage, feeling out of control, obsessing. 

Understand the nature and source of personal power and learn how to align with your authentic self.

Fear is not going away.  You will learn how to cultivate courage, confidence and trust while you amplify the passion to stay in the game and go the distance!

Face Everyting and Avoid Nothing
Our tendancey to avoid feeling, acknowledging, addressing, or discussing uncomfortable emoitons and situations; which causes discomfort, leading to coping strategies like over-eating, smoking, drinking, drugs, technology....Instant Gratification - which has long term consequences.  Experienc the emtoions, release the tensions and discomfort and feel good in your own skin.  Experience freedom from unhealthy coping strategies.

There is a lot of Power in ANGER.  When you shut it down, you also shut down your power and you block the expression of positive emotions like happiness, peace, abundance, joy, creativity.  In this module you will tune in, experience, and release blocked anger and let it go.  

When you Dissolve the block and get the lesson or the gift in the situation, you experience freedom, peace of mind and contentment!

Transform False Pride into Humility






Temper gets you into trouble, pride keeps you there.
It creates the myth that you are superior rather than allowing you to be connected to and in relationship with other human beings. It prompts you to hoard things and create illusions of grandeur. The results of pride are delusion, isolation and brokenness.
Humility gives you the flexibility of not having to be right all the time or superior to everyone else. It opens the ways of service and stewardship rather than demand and hoarding. It can overcome stubbornness with openness and replace isolation with relationship.
So, if pride goes before a fall... humble service and love go before a renewed and hopeful life.

Courage

“It is only when we have the courage to face things exactly as they are, without any self-deception or illusion, that a light will develop out of events, by which the path to success may be recognized.”

Courage is not the absence of fear.  Fear is impossible to eradicate. If you were completely fearless, you'd be dead. People who are courageous are scared to the core—they just make themselves go forward anyway; they make themselves take some kind of action. Taking action, even though you're afraid.  This is how you become courageous—because courage, like fear, is a habit. The more you do it, the more you do it, and this habit—of stepping up, of taking action—more than anything else, will move you in a different direction.
