1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Michelle Burns Coaching.

2. Educational and spiritual purpose

The website, Four Conditions of the Soul framework, assessment, articles, webinars, downloads, and related materials are provided for educational, personal-development, and spiritual-reflection purposes. They are not medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, spiritual direction, pastoral care, legal advice, or financial advice.

If you need medical, psychological, pastoral, legal, or other professional support, consult an appropriately qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services.

3. No guaranteed results

Your choices, circumstances, participation, and many factors outside our control affect your experience. We do not promise a particular spiritual, personal, professional, relationship, health, or financial result from using the site, taking the assessment, attending a webinar, or participating in coaching.

4. The assessment

The assessment is a reflective framework, not a clinical, psychological, theological, or canonical evaluation. A result describes patterns reflected in your answers at that time. It does not define your identity, worth, faith, or standing before God or the Church. Use your own judgment and seek qualified support when appropriate.

5. Coaching and purchases

Information on this site is an invitation to learn about available offerings and does not itself create a coaching relationship. Any coaching engagement, paid program, or purchase may be subject to additional written terms presented before payment or participation, including scope, fees, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds. If those additional terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the specific written terms for that offering will govern.

6. Permitted use and intellectual property

The site and its original content, including the Identity Alignment Method, Four Conditions of the Soul framework, text, assessment, graphics, downloads, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Michelle Burns Coaching and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the site and materials for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, teach, license, scrape, or create derivative commercial materials from them without prior written permission. Brief quotations with clear attribution are permitted where allowed by law.

7. Respectful and lawful use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, infringe another person’s rights, or use the content for an unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may link to Kit, Calendly, payment providers, social platforms, and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may change, suspend, or remove content or features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Michelle Burns Coaching will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Age and authority

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase an offering or enter into a coaching arrangement through this site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Prince Edward Island, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes and contact
